Getting started is easy.

We are accepting new patients and would love to welcome you to the practice.

Your first visit, step by step

1. Book online or call. Select a time that works for you through our portal or by calling the front desk.

2. Complete your intake forms. Fill out your medical history securely from your phone before you arrive.

3. Come in for your exam. Meet the team, receive your cleaning, and review your dental health status.

If you feel nervous, let us know. We offer topical and local numbing, scheduled breaks during longer treatments, and noise-canceling headphones.

A few things to have ready for a smooth first visit.

Bring your dental insurance card so we can verify your coverage.

Note any medications or medical conditions for your intake forms.

Write down anything you would like to ask — we are happy to explain.
